The masterplan provides a coordinated and comprehensive blueprint for more than 3000 homes in the residential growth area of Taraika and was informed by consultation with various stakeholders including major landowners, and built upon the principles and aspirations set out in the council’s long-term growth strategy. Led by Local and McIndoe Urban, in partnership with Horowhenua District Council.
